Build your own session - figure out the number of hours of photography you desire, and then you get to use that time ANY WAY YOU WISH.
Your retouched images are provided as HIGH RESOLUTION digital image files. You get a COPYRIGHT RELEASE which allows you to have the retouched images printed at the photo lab of your choice in any quantities and sizes.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY - ADDITIONAL FEES

When situations do not allow us to be the sole and exclusive photographer, or when environments do not allow us to "direct" the poses of the clients or to have complete freedom of movement (for setting up lighting, cameras, backdrops, etc.), we charge and additional "event" fee.
When other photographers are present, they distract the attention of the subjects as well as make use of our posing setups for group-photos. During live events, we have constrained movements and are not able to easily and quickly direct the movement and posing of subjects - which results in much more effort try to anticipate and capture great shots in addition to the restriction of movement and position most live events place on the photographer.

Since a photography session requires my exclusive attention and time to work with you - all photography sessions require a $50 session booking fee which is applied toward your photography session. This fee is required in order to schedule your session for a specific date and time to ensure that I will keep my time available to you for your shoot. The balance of Photography Session Fees are due at the end of the session.
Travel farther than 40-miles round-trip requires an additional $0.50 per mile travel fee.

Cancelations / Rescheduling: I realize that plans sometimes change, however significant preparation and planning go into the scheduling of every photography shoot and the time for the shoot has been exclusively reserved for you. In the event that you have to cancel your appointment without at least 72 hours prior notice, you will forfeit your Session Booking Fee and not be able to apply that toward a rescheduled session. If you contact me at least 72 hours in advance, you may use your session booking fee to reschedule your session for a period no later than 2 weeks past your initial session time.
